Just searched "cooking schools" on Feeding Time and Ask the Expats but turned up nothing.
Can anyone recommend a school or individual who does 1 or 2-day cooking classes? I have the number of a lady named Nataree but I called her on too short notice before I flew home.
Any help will be much appreciated.
We have been doing cooking lessons for some time now. No fixed schedule, we agree the most suitable time for both parties. No minimum number of participants, maximum is limited to 6, though.

I have attended BG's Thai cooking school and do recommend it. We, the people, first went to the market
to get the fresh ingridients; vegetables, shellfish, fish, meat, poltry and various pastes, noodels and such.
This was a good way to start the course. Mrs. Bamboo Grove is truly an excellent cook and makes
the definitely very best Kang Chriouw Wan in the universe.
