So, the Cup Final tomorrow, all the experts say that Arsenal`s brand of football should be too good for Hull, but, we have been here before, so how do our "experts" see the game going. Perhaps Hull will set up defensively and hope to score a breakaway goal or hang on for the lottery of penalties.
Whatever happens I`m sure our Jimmy Greaves will be glued to the screen hoping for a North London win.

If Jelavic and Long weren't cup-tied, I think Hull would be in with a shout, however distant, without them, I'm not so sure.

Well as the real Jimmy Greaves used to say, "it's a funny old game", but if I was putting money on the outcome, I guess it would have to be on the Arse!!

My first ever cup final memory was way back in 1950 when my father, a lifelong Arsenal fan, went to Wembley with some of his brothers all sporting giant home made rosettes. The result, Arsenal 2 Liverpool nil.

Respect. My first one, which I actually watched on black and white tv, was the 1971 final. The teams were the same and the winners were the same.

Tomorrow, there will be about 150 Arsenal supporters in a sports bar in Helsinki and Arsenal F.C. have sent us some 50 flags to make the athmosphere even more exciting. COYG

That's exactly my take on the game :thumb:
Hull are going to struggle to get a goal, hard to see where it will come from.

Think they'll need a fair bit of luck to lift the trophy. :|

But . . . we can't be complacent like we were v Brum in our last final :(

That said, i'm confident & 3-0 is my prediction

Disappointing that they seem to have permanently changed the kick off time from 3pm to 5pm now.
For those wanting to watch the game live here in Thailand, its on Thai TV Channel 7 at 11pm.
You would think it would be a comfortable win for Arsenal and Wenger will stay on to build a "new era" but is that a good thing ?? :|

Same time as Barcelona v Athletico Madrid which will probably be a better game to watch. Get the FA Cup back to 3pm next year.

Don't want to dampen the spirits of any Gunners supporters, but you only have to go back one year to see how the fortunes of the favourites can be undone (Man City 0 - Wigan 1).

Probably having something to do with local authority regulations where you have to give notice if you want to close roads.

CH-7 isn't HD. Are there any HD options for watching the FA cup in Thailand ? Either via True or CTH or other

Thanks

You won't :D

You are right though, nobody gave Wigan a prayer last year and in comparison, Hull are a stronger team than Wigan and Man C are a stronger team than us :?

Could be a difference in attitudes, Man City, full of overpaid superstars, thought they only had to turn up to win, whereas Arsenal are probably a bit more wary following previous Wembley (or was it Cardiff) visits.
