you might be better off getting one from one of the big firms in BKK,

Hua Hin is a very small town and your wife might have influence over the lawyer you chose.

I used chavalit and finch,they drew up a settlement in english and thai.which included custody sharing of our child,everything we accumalated together was divided equally(anything i had before marriage i kept,)My ex also wanted to return to work when our son was 3,so lawyers wrote in that i would have him living with me and if she wanted to have visits she would have to contribute 3000bht a month to help me support him!!
all papers were registered at the local hua hin amphur.......not cheap,but a fair and amicable split
