Looking for a house to rent in Hua Hin, for the year 2015:

2 or more bedrooms
Unfurnished
Not too far from city center
Bath tub, if possible
Safe & secure neighborhood
Allows pets (small dog)
Internet
Budget: 10,000-15,000 baht/month

During 2015, we will be looking for a house to buy.

Any suggestions for Hua Hin condos that can be rented for a single month, in the range of 10,000-15,000 baht?

Condo chain and sport villa would be in that range but I expect they would be studio/single bedroom apartments.

Calm & Cool, when are you coming? If it's not high season, just book into a guest house for a couple of nights and look around. You will find plenty in that price range.

Coming to HH next month... can you suggest where (Sois, condos, areas) to look please?

For house rental we used to look in the Soi 80/1 area and behind the Grand Hotel.

Condos, I think somebody has already mentioned Condochain and Sport Villa. Sport Villa also have quite a few houses for rent in your price range.
