I am considering getting a house sitter for my bungalow which is on the outskirts of Hua Hin. Does any1 hav any recommendations or know of any1 who as used a house sitter..

Hi Expat.
I would require the sitter to be in the property up until we get a sale on the property. We would require a bond and all the amenities would have to be paid by the sitter. There would be NO rental charge!
