Yes many moons ago I used to frequent Flamingo and have known the owner and all her family for well over 12 years. You could say I used to be part of the furniture. The owners son was a young boy who grew up to become a fully fledged LB. When a lad he used to sit on my knee and joke, when grown up I used to sit on her knee and joke. Joking apart I knew 'shim' very well and we often talked about the physical and mental sides of transition. He was very frank much to the annoyance of his/her mother but I learn't a lot about the traumas associated with such a transition even in this free thinking Kingdom.
Anyway, 'like attracts like' and soon Flamingo was hosting a variety of species in various stages of transition. A couple of harmless pics the first shows 3 out of 4 LB's outside the bar. The second shows a sure way of checking the state of transition. The inspector involved asked that his face not be shown.

Generally speaking, if you have spent a few years here you should ace the basic and do at least 8-9 out of ten on the next one up as there are the usual tell-tale signs etc. The advanced and super advanced section are set up for you to fail (they are being provocative to get attention) and some of the pictures are less than good with shims that have spent hundreds of thousands of baht in top hospitals here, the US or Europe to get to look like a pseudo woman.
If you met them you would have a way better chance of detection....but from a photo like they provide, well, hmmmmm.

One out of ten fooled me on the intermediate test. Took a lady for a boy. The other way around would have been worse.....

My son asked me years ago "How do you tell if it's a ladyboy?" My reply was "If she's that beautiful, then it's no lady!"
