Hi Dane, this is the normal bus that goes from Sai Tai Mai (southern bus terminal) to Hua Hin that was discussed earlier in the thread. Now with the new airport it is much easier to go to Victory Monument and use the mini bus.
To get to Sai Tai Mai you have to cross through the whole of the city centre and get across the river, which can be a time consuming journey. About the only thing that it is convenient for is if you are going to, or from, the Khao San Road area which is only about 10 minutes away depending on traffic.
Dane, the service you're referring to is going to be running directly from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Hua Hin and other destinations such as Pattaya, no need to go to Sai Tai Mai or Victory Monument, but its not actually running as yet.
Wikitravel wrongly states the Buses are already running.
Roll on when they are.
