looking for house to rent

I have a friend who is is looking for a house to rent longer term, i.e. 6 months+. 3 bedrooms, pool not necessary, unfurnished/partly furnished.
Budget up to 20k, could stretch to 25k for something very nice.

Anybody know of anything vacant?

i saw some houses for rent on soi 90 today. about five house with for rent signs. one was renting for 20k.
I really like this forum because there are no personal attacks. All the members contribute in a positive way to my posts.
