We flew from Canada to Beijing and stayed 9 days at this
lovely Hotel. It was handy for doing day tours in the area, and
was nice to put our luggage in the room and forget about it
until we had to leave.
So to start, here is pictures of the place and area around it,
like a market where we shopped until ready to check in.
Tour to come.

Beijing the tour part 2
More tours in the city, we seen more Chinese buildings and apartments
the had a tour by buggy around another old part of the city.
We enjoyed an old fashion concert, then toured a lake
to the north of Beijing on a fancy tour boat.
Good tour but the weather was too cold.

Re: Beijing Trip The beginning
I've put all of these into one topic for ease of reading.
Nice pics, keep them coming, we planned to go to China this year but gave up due to the hassles getting a tourist visa.
