Real Legal Advice For Forming Company.

Post by tuktukmike »

How about HHAD posting real Legal Advice for forming companies..

I was looking at the booklet we were all given at the meeting last week, the problem is that it is still foggy.

I dont think there is anywhere in town that you can get really spot on legal advice and answers direct to your questions.

Looking at the Civil and Commercial code they list ordinary partnership/Limited partnership/and Limited company.

I was never told of the Limited Partnership by my lawyer and the Booklet does not really tell you of the Benefits or drawbacks.

There must be a way we can all get together on this without argument to obtain all the company pros and cons to these types of companies.

I would be more than happy to pay a subscription if we could get a good Law Company to have a Q and A section

Mike.

Good idea.

Subscription service for up-to-date legal advice, count me in.

This is a service HH definetely needs as there is so much conflicting information on forums!

Count me in, again as mentioned else where I have the complete law of Thailand, it is very sketch like China but most of it is variable.

It is a must to have clear defined, and concise laws in this forum. A section on the following matters may also be useful to prevent the oh so many posts going out with the same questions.

1 - Law
2 - VISA's
3 - Tax
4 - Forming companies

What do others think? I am up for helping out on this, as it would clarify a lot of issues out there for everyone concerned.

Simon
Many thanks
