Now, I`m not one to say I told you so, but I did when this plonker joined Spurs. Maybe not a plonker though if he is pulling in £100,000 a week for doing not a lot. He is a serial non-trier.

I'm not a supporter of Adebayor (or Spurs come to that), however Tim Sherwood managed to get him to play and bang in a fair number of goals whilst he was in charge at Spurs!!

We're certainly crap at the moment GLC, that's for sure, but it's a marathon, not a sprint.

Watching Chelsea play, it seems bloody obvious that tactically, we are stuck in last season and it ain't working. It could still work, if everyone was at the top of their game, as per last season, but that's not the case either.

A plan B is needed and some changes of personnel, starting with resting Ivanovic who has become a liability in defence and bloody awful going forward. Seriously, a defender of his experience and stature, not closing down Naismith before he fired off a shot for the 2nd goal and placing his arms down by his side and turning his back to the ball, is just unacceptable.

Dave on the other side isn't doing much better and there is a big hole in midfield whereas last season there was a brick wall. And that's because too many are just not playing to the best of their ability - Hazard and Fabregas amongst several.

Next game, switch Dave over to the right, bring in the new left back we bought, get Loftus-Cheek into the team, or hopefully Oscar if fit, or both, give Hazard the talking to of all talking to's and let Fabregas roam about the park at will, he hasn't got the legs to defend in any case and tell Costa it's his duty to shoot on sight. I'm sick of watching Chelsea do an Arsenal and trying to walk the ball into the net.

I'm still confident, we actually looked good after going 2-0 down which is obviously a bit late and not much point, but lots of possession is not equating to chances being created and that's because we're currently a one trick pony.

And Everton, to their credit, looked pretty good.

I particularly enjoyed Moaning Mourinho's complaint along the lines of "everyone wants to see me fail".
Yep, can't argue with that!

And Everton, to their credit, looked pretty good.

They didn't just look good, they made Chelsea look like a league 1 team for a large part of the match. That takes some doing. Their passing was fluent, their plan was up to date and, worryingly for Chelsea, their hunger for the win was superior to Chelsea's by an astronomical margin.

If it wasn't for a wonder goal by Matic (which got Chelsea's hearts ticking again) and some fine saves by whoever is currently between the sticks at Chelsea... the score would have been a lot more embarrassing.

And why is Mourinho looking more and more like some bum that has managed to invade pitch-side? Left side collar up, right side down. Unshaven (not to be mistaken with a trim beard/goatee). Shouting out bizarre delusions ("No-one is better than me to lead Chelsea"). Beating up women... doctors no less. He's lost it. I can only assume that he's drinking on the job (again).

We played absolutely crap yesterday. It's the worst we've played this season but we picked up our first win. Funny old game.

In other news, a win for Newcastle will put Chelsea in the relegation zone...

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho argued with Everton boss Roberto Martinez over managerial etiquette after his side lost at Goodison Park on Saturday.
After Martinez spoke to the media first following his side's 3-1 victory, Mourinho interrupted the Spaniard as he addressed another group of journalists.
The Portuguese felt his news conference should have taken place first.
"Roberto, next time tell me to go before you because we have to travel," said Mourinho, who swore as he left.
Martinez replied: "I don't control that, Jose. I don't control that."
After Mourinho left abruptly, Martinez said to the journalists, including a Liverpool Echo reporter: "When he beat us 6-3 last season he was such a nice man. I prefer him like that."

Which goes to show how little Mourinho knows about rugby. Costa wouldn't last 5 minutes on a rugby pitch - he'd either be sent off or flattened.

Spirit and passion are one thing, but working so hard to get another player sent off should have no part in any sport. A despicable man who suits his manager well.

These pric.s are a disgrace and British football would not miss them imho,but I guess Caller have a different opinion.

Maybe Costa should try boxing,but when you look how he winning when someone touch him it would end as quick as hes rugby carrier.

Actually I think Costa should be thoroughly ashamed of himself. I thought the whole incident was shocking and I can't understand why he acts the way he does. Stupidity by Gabriel & Cazarola though.

The thing is that this was a much better Chelsea performance, especially when against 11 men. The players looked hungry and several who haven't ben performing upped their game considerably, notably Fabegas, Matic and Ivanovic. Hazard showed glimpses of his true self and even Ramires looked more like the player of old when he came on. I don't know what gets into Costa but whatever it is affects his game and in my opinion the rest of the team as well.

The big plus, was Zouma, who was immense and I think it will be hard for JT now, although technically he's against Cahill, not Zouma and I know who I would prefer. But Chelsea can play higher up the pitch without him.

But then again, we were only playing Arsenal........

The game was finely poised for an entertaining 2nd half. Neither team dominated the first half with neither having any meaningful chances in the first 45 mins.

Perhaps that is why Costa laced up his cheating boots and slaped two hands in the face of koscielny - a sending off offence in itself.

It's amazing how often he gets away with it. Zouma also had his hands around the neck of koscielny during the commotion - another sending off offense that also went unnoticed without even a caution.

Gabriel getting involved was stupid, but when the ref is unable or unwilling to do his job someone has to stand up to the cheat.

What gets me is the way Chelsea players constantly group and hound referees as a tactic of intimidation, waving cards in such unsportsmanlike fashion. It reminds me of why Man United became so hated. It appears that Chelsea have replaced that.

I beleive that a title challenging team would have been leading in the first half against that Chelsea team thay even in an improved state as yesterday remain void of legal ideas.

Safe to say that neither team on show will win the Premier League this season.
