Sounds a lot like a similar problem I had accessing the airport bus site. I had used it man times but when they made some changes I could no longer get their homepage. No one else had the problem. Very frustrating. Turned out my computer had a cached version of the old webpage and used it instead of the new one. Windows was doing it for me. (thanks again Microsoft). I searched around on the net and found out how to clear the cache. sorry I can't remember the steps. I think I did it using google settings. "clear browsing data'

Thanks a lot for the tip. Just tried it, cleared the browsing history, but to no avail, I'm afraid ....

Thanks for the link, but the last post there was 4 years ago - is that information still current or are there different or better options now?

Ok, I've just installed Hola VPN (mentioned by Pagey a couple of months ago) and that seems to have done the trick :-).
Must be a problem that's suddenly emerged with the Cambodian ISP, I suppose.

Thanks to everyone for all the tips and advice.

My Outlook is screwed, and all that I can get is this message:

Does anybody know where to find my Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe)? Everything I've read on the Internet suggests I need the installation disks, which I don't have.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but I went there, but the only restore points available are since the error happened.

I hope you had a backup, I stopped using Outlook years ago after losing data to a corrupt PST file, once it gets over 2Gb they start getting cranky.

This may help: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/272227

BB, you may have already checked this site, but just in case you haven't done so yet, it may be useful. http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/usingscanpst.htm.

LOL - so have I. Unfortunately, my hard disk died about 18 months ago, and the machine came back to me with 2007 installed, and I subsequently found my dvd drive didn't work. Probably the repair man's way of ensuring further business should it go wrong again.

Thank you anyway.

I've just dropped the laptop back into the shop for what should be a 10 minute job - of course, I'm in a queue.
