Only one that I know of is John Haye who owns Crawfords in Cha Am,lovely guy and the craic is brilliant.
Guinness is better in Crawfords Hua Hin though.

Depends which side of Hin Lek Fai. I'm near one side of it, but I'm not Irish - half Scots (the small half!) & half English.

I have traveled to most countries in the Northern Hemisphere and I have yet to find on without an Irish Ex-Pat community.
There are many first, second and third generation paddies ion Hua Hin and a marvelous bunch they are too.
You will meet many when you arrive.
