Academy of Music in Hua Hin or Pranburi?

Post by HHCanuck »

I'm looking for an academy of music to send my kids for lessons on the weekend. It would be great if there is a school that covers it all. My step sons (16 & 12 y/o) play guitar and drums the daughter (4 y/o) likes to sing and dance.

I'm only interested in a weekend lessons not serious stuff like sending them to the VIC Hua Hin.

I have found one on the internet that is on soi 6. Is there other schools some one can point me too in either Hua Hin or Pranburi.

Thanks

Have you spoken with the VIC (or rather the school) to find out if they do weekend classes? That would be my first port of call.
This is the way

I sent my 5 & 10 year old kids to study piano at the Yamaha School on Petchakasem Rd a few years ago . It was better for the 10 year old. I had no complaints - it seemed methodical and comprehensive. There were lots of older kids hanging out there who had guitar and drumming lessons. They only had singing groups for teenagers.

No longer in that space. Don't know if they moved or shut down but I'd bet the latter.

I was watching a Thai band play in Soi 80 last night and spoke to the singer and bass player, both Female and both speak English and teach music.

Their business card says 'Home music school' and number is 087 322 4633. The rest of the wording is in Thai so not sure what instruments they teach etc but maybe worth giving them a call. :thumb:
