Phi or phee is a (usually malign) magical spirit. Ghost/monster etc, so (my Thai's not that good) I guess it would translate to sorcerer as well. Don't know Merlin though :?

Thanks Dawn, all I need to do now is change my glasses so I can read the bar list!
would be much easier if I was there and could visit the bars. :cheers:
