Well that really clears things up, every one knows Jeffries RC model shop, dah. Top of 88 was just the name given to the thread by the original OP, it is not an official designation.

It is a stupid debate

Sorry to digress from this very important debate, but does anyone know for sure whether immigration will be open this Monday? It's Constitution day or something.

It's a national holiday. All Gov offices closed as well as banks and schools. Pete

Hopefully the move will negate the queues today. I've always praised immigration for their speed and efficiency. I went there today in the afternoon when it's usually quiet and there were more than a hundred people waiting.
What happened? I left and will try again tomorrow.
I have never seen the crowds at the office that I saw today. I met someone I know and they'd already been there for 3 hours and still waiting.

Possibly backlog after being closed on Monday?

I know this isn't going to help you HHTel, but I took a friend down there on Monday last week, and we were on our way home again within 10 minutes. Always luck of the draw.HHTel wrote: ↑Tue Dec 12, 2017 6:24 pm Hopefully the move will negate the queues today. I've always praised immigration for their speed and efficiency. Nah. That's much more than a backlog. Had to park the car on the road as the car park was full. People couldn't get near the building without having to force their way through the crowd. I'm sure tomorrow will be back to normal and I'll find out what happened today.

Still near the sea, but I think the Sois are 19 and 35.
