Or repetitive time after time after time repeated cut and pasting of a long diatribes of a previous poster. It clutters up the forum and eventually will run the forum out of its allotted bandwidth space. Who is going to pay for additional space when the allotment runs out? And even the entire internet does not have infinite space. The mentality for extraneous internet garbage seems to be fallowing right on the heals of the mentality for extraneous household garbage
Simply because we are not allowed to post links to forums which compete with HHF. How to read it without cutting and pasting the article?

And I thought that the article is not uninteresting considering the topic, and certainly could be useful data for a school project. What reaction to/opinion of these developments may hotel customers have ?

Anyway the amount of bytes taken up by a few hundred text characters is absolutely miniscule.

PS - "following on the heels".

If a book or article seems interesting or important to you that doesn’t justify to copy and paste the whole ball of wax. Bait people’s interest by picking out the interesting bits, summarize it, and show the link - if possible. What is interesting to you might be as interesting to somone else as watching your brother-in-law’s cousin’s grand daughter’s home movies about her little rug rat taking his first dump

And throwing one cogarette or plastic water bottle on the beach or one plastic bag out the train window is minimal too

Except that we don't know what parts of the article would be useful to Mandy for her school work? This whole article is about sustainability in the hotel trade. Which bits she might want to use? And I already told you that it is NOT ALLOWED to post links to the other forum, so the whole article must be posted or nothing at all.

This is not about what's interesting or important to me. It's about what's important to the OP. Someone asked for help, to my mind that's one of the most important uses of any forum.

And I say again, plain text is not the problem when it comes to server space, unless a lot of people decide to scan and post something like Tolstoy's War and Peace. Or everyone starts using overextended metaphors about familes and video and rugrats dumping on carpets. :)

The above 7 lines of text I just typed registers 801 bytes, or 0.801 kilobytes, or 0.000801 megabytes. Our discussing this is even wasting another minuscule amount of server space....
