Far end of Takiab

Post by Bubba1 »

Thinking about moving to Takiab around where the baht buses start. Anyone lived in that area? Any pitfalls?

Can't help you I'm afraid, apart from pointing out that there is quite a way to go past that point before you get to the far end of Takiap. But I'm sure others that know the area better will be along soon. Good luck with your plans.

Takiab has the best beach in the Hua Hin area and there is a very good variety of restaurants and bars in the area,

The place is nice and quiet. It lacks of streetfood and cheap restaurants. For me it is the bad point. Anything else is ok but ut depends of what kind of style of life you need. This area is good for relax, far from the fun of the city.

We have visited that area for many years from one month to couple of weeks. I would not want to live anywhere else in Hua Hin. It’s a nice and relaxing little town. Also easy access to the city and shopping malls.
