Hello trosst

There are quite a few choices of Yoga classes currently in Hua Hin. I would advise trying a few to find a teacher you get along with - it will also depend on your current level of fitness, much of what is taught in Hua Hin is of the Vinyasa or "Flow" type of Yoga where you repeat cycles of postures - it can be quite demanding. a lot of the Thai ladies in classes are very fit and flexible, You need a Teacher who understands that older Westerners are not.

I think some variety of Hatha Yoga is best for beginners in order to learn basic posture safely and correctly before moving on but may only be available on a private lesson basis, which is not difficult to find, just ask

Fitness Centres e.g. @letic Soi 88) have several classes per week. Shakti Yoga said to be good (shaktiyogahuahin.com) or Yoga Hua Hin on Petkasem road. You will find a few if you Google / search classified adds.

Start slowly, take care. Yoga is not a competitive sport
