So many bad stories here of crooked farang developers. The bad thing is, despite all their lying, cheating and corruption and numerous court visits, they are still free men and continuing to commit crimes against more honest customers. Do your homework and take your time. Ask around about your developers history and talk to lots of his customers. Forget about ever getting a result in court in your favor, when things go wrong.
