Second Home Thailand Longstay Project

We have posted here a few times in relation to secondary schools and have been looking for a home in HH we have also contacted a few estate agents and the Consulate in Hull.

Yesterday this letter arrived, we have no idea why it was sent to us, does anyone know about this project?

We are in the UK and cannot attend, this sounds very much like the second home project in Malasia or is it another real estate company?

I'd be careful of that as quite evidently the invitation comes from commercial interests.
You're not even in Thailand yet.
Can you supply contact details? There must be a rsvp address or tel number.
