Land opposite G-Hua Hin

Post by derek60 »

Does anybody know what's going on on these 3 (?) plots of land? All the grass seems to have been removed and some heavy machinery brought in. Although the trees have been left standing and the beach houses are still there.

right-side of PhetchkasemRd ?

or
other (left) side of PhetchkasemRd, in HuaHin-92 Alley?

I hope, that will not be more new Condo or rental-appartments,
:(

I would like to have one or more new hotels in the 4-star class,
the location (soi75) is actually very good, (beach-side)
and close to MarketVillage and BluPort, and Soi94 restaurants,

:D

The 5-star hotels at beachfront (Marriot, Centara, Laksasubhra, Interconti)
are a bit too expensive for me,

On the other hand,
for me the relatively cheap hotels in Soi67, offer too little comfort,
(only 1 shared smal swimming-pool for several hotels),
etc. these hotels around soi67 are not 4-star comfort.
(tipurai-beach-hotel, hua-hin-star, nilawan-guesthouse, some more)
:(
take it easy

They don't seem to be knocking down the houses near the beach, and i would have thought this would be the first step if it they were planning major building contruction. They seem to be concentrating on the grounds. Possibly replacing the grass with a hard surface. I hope they don't remove the trees.
