NatWest Online Banking Problems???

Its time to do my monthly transfer of cash, but everytime I try to use online banking, I log on OK, but as soon as I try to do my transaction, I get returned to a log on screen.

Is anybody else experiencing this?

I've resolved the problem by using my tablet but still wondering if I have a laptop problem.

Banking sites are very sensitive to potential malware on people's 'puters. You've probably got an innocent cookie that looks like a worm on there.

Clear your cookies, re-start and see if that clears it.

Meanwhile, my brother has called into NatWest in the UK, and they aren't aware of a problem.

It wasn't cookies. I've carried out a virus and malware check, and all is well. I will try another laptop next - it might be my main laptop is no longer suitable for online banking.

It's the same recently for Santander on Chrome. I went to MS Edge and it worked so deffo a Chrome issue with that banks software

Yes, a friend phoned me to remind me he had the exact same problem with NatWest a month earlier. At that time I tried logging on to my account - no problem. He tried using my laptop, kept returning to log on screen. So an intermittent NatWest problem.

Does anyone use that Trusteer Rapport app which some banks tell us to use for safety??

I say that because often these things can bring their own 'issues' too
