It is seasonal so prices vary and also quality of course dictates prices.
But I would budget on 3000 per game. So 6000 a week.
You may see offers but Extras like tip, caddie fee and cart all push things up.
If you are new to the game, why not get some lessons down the driving range?
OK Thanks for the advice Mikeyb.
Around £600 a month sounds pretty expensive.
I don't how much cheaper it is to play through a golf society though?
Rather than paying for individual games on various courses which is no doubt the most expensive option.
Some societies can offer a discount on green fee's but you will still have to pay at least 50% green fee, caddy fee, caddy tip & buggy. This still adds up to 2,000 Baht on the cheapest course. You can get cheaper golf if you are willing to travel outside Hua Hin. Sawang is cheaper & Dolfin Bay is extremely cheap.
During the golf festival, you will pay B1,000 green fee, B350 for caddy and optional B750 for a cart. The normal caddy tip is at least B300. The premium courses, i.e. Black Mountain and Banyan will charge more. Drinks on the course and clubhouse will add to the expense. The local golf societies have lower rates during the low season, and usually play all local courses, plus a few other trips away.
