Where can I dispose of a laptop?

Depends what state it's in. Is it usable? Would donating it to a school or something like that appeal?

It's not really usable, Win 7 is crashing and it doesn't have enough power to run Win 10.

Try formatting the PC to it's factory reset. I've just done that with my old laptop and gave it to a friend. It's easy, just follow the steps below.
