Some people might appreciate this. The green dots on this Google Earth map represent radio stations all over the world. Click on any one of the dots and you will immediately hear that station with very good reception. For example, halfway up Ireland's east coast, there is a station playing Irish pub music.  Any who are multilingual or want news from your home town might enjoy this

On the subject of radio, this was recommended to me just yesterday. I haven't had time to look at it yet, but it may well be worth exploring further.

Radio Paradise is a non-commercial listener-supported Internet radio station that helped to redefine the radio station for the internet era.[1] It is known for high quality audio streams and curated playlists.[2] The station is based in the United States but has a significant international audience,[3] with many of the songs and station greetings on its "world" stream in multiple languages.

As of 2020, RP has four curated playlists:[2] Rock Mix, emphasizing modern and classic rock; World/Etc Mix, emphasizing world and electronic music; Mellow Mix, emphasizing songs with a more relaxing tone; and Main Mix, combining the three. A little jazz and classical music is sometimes heard as well. Detailed information about the playlists is available on the website but they can only be listened to live on the stream. There is limited DJ commentary, with sets that can go on for hours without interruption.

streamWriter is a free application for windows that records music broadcasted by internet-radio stations.

I use it for finding tracks from the Seventies. Also good for discovering new stuff...

The best feature is that you can create a wanted list. The program will download a listed song the next time it is played!
