Have any cross-provincial travel restrictions been announced as yet? I was told that that a travel certificate was required if I wanted to travel to Bangkok, I can seem to find anything to back that claim up yet.

I guess similar to what they use on building sites.

No, the numbskulls in the govt are actually encouraging people to travel this week. There was a notice stating that if you travelled to any red zone provinces you'd need to quarantine on return to PKK.

With hotel prices at 50% and lower, I don't think they need much encouragement.

I'm undecided whether the quarantine announcement was fake news, or they've done a sudden u-turn when they realised what additional damage it was doing to domestic tourism.

When did Thais ever care about Farangs understanding their posts? If they did, they wouldn't post them in such a way that makes translation very difficult/flawed.

I don't really expect them to have a translated sign or announcement in English on every corner about everything going on in Thailand to fit foreigners language but then again this is about a pandemic and to avoid unnecessary possibilities to infect others or be infected oneself it should maybe be an exception. :? :)

The answer is Hua Hin Commercial College, which is slightly North of Hua Hin Hospital.
I was just about to post the same thing - my nephew and his fiancée, who works at HHH, were just round to invite us to their wedding and we were asking them where the additional patients were.
