Thanks PetePeteC wrote:All government offices are closed on the days indicated below.
To be clear are they open on Friday 16 or is that missed off the screen grab?
Just seems odd to reopen on a Friday....
Thanks

Not a screen grab, the schedule was posted on our normal monthly Calendar thread on March 16: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=29846&p=528638#p528638
Friday is a normal working day for the government but I imagine all immigration offices will be swamped. Everything I've read is strongly recommending people do their reporting or extensions on the 5, 7, 8 or 9 April.
For the 90 day you have 7 days before or after the date.

Re: 90 day reporting
After hearing of form filling and queues at Blue Port, I wasn't looking forward to my 90 day reporting today. As it turned out, the place was empty. I was called straight to the desk without taking a ticket. I was in and out in a couple of minutes.

Re: 90 day reporting
Not sure why you quoted me but I can confirm that it's just 7 days grace after the reporting date. 14 days before.

Re: 90 day reporting
I see on today's Daily Brief that they recommend future 90 Day Reports be done by post.
Has anybody done it this way? How does it work please?

Spoke to a guy here yesterday that tried it when his ran out last month - they have to be sent to Bangkok apparently. He did that six weeks ago and hasn't had a response.

Re: 90 day reporting
I really want some of what these people are smoking!
Has your mail delivery been timely or even existing since Covid began a year ago? Mine hasn't been and neither has it for anyone I've spoken to. It's hit and miss throughout most of the country.
Do they expect us to pay for EMS signed receipt now?
They don't have the talent or funds to fix their on-line reporting computer system, it now seems they want people to stay away from immigration offices for 90 day reports. A really great idea would be to cancel the damn things under a pandemic emergency!
