Just watched F9. IMO it doesn't deserve the bad ratings I've read. The small amount of filming in Thailand wasn't even evident.

Yeah, was just a boom-bang action flick but worth a watch. Couldn't see much of Thailand either, the spectacular jungle stuff looked like Vietnam or southern China.

Was watching The Green Knight. Fell asleep! I found it very slow.

Those that stayed awake said after 2 hours they still didn't understand what it was about.

I'll put that one on the back of the list then. I'm expecting Stillwater to be a decent movie. Matt Damon rarely does a bad movie.

Think it will still be quite a wait for that one on yts. No sneaky copies have appeared yet on pirate bay.

If you want an easy-watching comedy, I thought Vacation Friends was good. Not many comedies give me laugh-out-loud moments these days but there were a few for me in this one. 7/10.

I've just watched the first one, and I have to say I'm surprised at the high ratings it got. Partly because it's fairly predictable and not that scary, but mostly because it's impossible to care about any of the characters. Except perhaps the dog...

Been a while since I watched it but I remember definitely enjoying the first one. Watched the 2nd today and it was very much so so. Watchable but nothing to shout home about.

Just finished a great little low budget horror named Anything for Jackson. Some parts bordering horror comedy but mostly pretty dark. Horror fans will enjoy this one. Others will hate it. :D

On release next month. We can only hope it does the book justice.

Sweet, the new Escape Room movie is out, Escape Room: Tournament of Champions. Not gonna win any awards I'm sure but will be entertaining nevertheless.
