Likewise in the south, it murdered down late Saturday and most of the night. Longest wet season I have seen for years.

Savor every drop as it's almost over until next summer, unless climate change turns things upside down.

As previously posted September was wet ie about 50% more rain than average

However October (the wettest month of the year by far on average) is looking to be quite a bit below average this year

Will be interesting to see Sept/Oct combined

Although I’m out of country my wife provides regular updates and the rain this month has been heavy and frequent so I’m sure some areas will be higher than normal

What do you guys use for predicting % chance of rain over the coming days? Looking for something as accurate as possible.

I used to use Windy a lot but it has been way off for forward predictions recently - it's great for looking at current conditions though.

The old reliable Weather Channel on my phone. I find their app as reliable and correct as anything else lately, probably because it is updated continuously 24/7 as weather develops/changes. Below is the Android and Apple links.

As mentioned on here a few months ago I stopped using Windy as found it inaccurate at predicting rainfall

I have found the Google app to be more reliable

But I'll try Pete's suggestion too

Can you search a specific place locally as per Windy? Thanks

^ Here's that one. Google must use a real weather service for the data, but I can't find who they use? The app looks nice though, and has good reviews.

Yes, you can search for any town, but they don't have every Thai village, or HHTel's soi.

I think the problem with Windy is that they now have a paid subscription, premium service. Of course they're not going to give the best info to people who use the free service.
