I've said this before, but it's worth repeating. Just watching the Englih lads belt out God Save the Queen at full volume. Such a contrast to the wimpish mumbles from most of England's footballers.

Yep, fantastic game of rugby - could still have gone either way with 10 minutes left, but we held on - great commitment. After 111 years without a win, we've now beaten them 3 times in the last 5 years. Well done lads!!!!

You noticed!!

You're not going to extract the Fosters on this game though are you? If the antipodes give away many more penalties or Yellow Cards, the Lillywhites may just have a chance!! :neener:

Can't say I'm overly enthused by the England game. We're on top, but so far not able to get more than one score ahead.

Yes, and the barsteward fecked up my scorline on Superbru in the last minute - I was pretty much spot on until the "shitty @rsed Exeter do it all" turned up!! :cuss:

Obviously a deserved win for the Lillywhites, but very scrappy and and some some poor refereeing IMHO - he did miss a fair amount and some harsh decisions given against both sides.

Ridiculous penalties given away by Australia, but England had plenty of their own. The game scrappy beyond belief at times.

The Lillywhite's own "Wendyballer" does need either a hairnet or a haircut at the end of the day....... FFS. As for MOTM, WTF?! Anywho.......

Oh sorry - that would be Sam Underhill IMHO.... Suspect he's pleased not to have being playing for Bath this weekend! :cuss:

As a Welshman, quite grateful he may not play against us - as a rugby fan/supporter... well, very much England's loss. Any Welsh relatives, does he fancy playing in Wales for say.... 3 years or so?

A tad harsh on Steward (though I realise you're wearing your Bath-tinted glasses!); he had a really good game, particularly under the high ball. He's been quite a revelation, and bearing in mind he's only 20 he'll hopefully get even better and be a top international full-back for many years to come.

I'm watching Sarries vs Quins on the Premiership website. For some reason no commentary or clock/score indicator on any of the games (perhaps because it's round 1 of the Cup?), but very clear sound from the ref mike. Surprisingly, I don't much miss the commentary - the ref mike is more informative about what's actually going on, without the constant apologies for bad language - but it's impossible (for me anyway...) to keep track of the score and the time elapsed.

Well, a cracking day of rugby!! :thumb: Aside from "Twickers"...... Will have to think about things, but for now......

Not much interest in discussing the Prima Donnas of English Rugby - let alone the wannabe (Philippine born) Wendyballer Smith......... Seriously, a let down as rugby players. BTW, can someone give that twunt a haircut?

Thoroughly enjoyable game at Murrayfield with Scotland vs Japan. Truly thought the "Brave Blossoms" did themselves proud - scoreline maybe didn't show things as such.

A Welsh win against Australia, but yet another dire performance. How in God's name (yet again) can Wales not score significantly with a one man yet alone a two man advantage??!! This is the second time in consecutive weeks - enough is enough, PIVAC HAS TO GO!!!!

I shall drink a few sherberts, suck my thumb and bitch about life before posting again on this thread - hopefully with some sense!!

Must admit that is tempting, especially as England appear to be in the easiest group.
Woke up this morning breathing that's a good start to the day.
