Based on the 5* keeper comment I downloaded immediately. Based on the subsequent comments, I've deleted without watching.
You might like it, BB.

Just finished watching the new Matrix.
I recon the director has been a full-blown alcoholic since the success of the trilogy and this is the result of a bad hangover.
Kept in there till the end hoping for a change into second gear…
A prequel would have been more suiting or an unrelated b-movie offshoot I could handle. Even a remake… but this epilogue is a complete geriatric failure of a film.

Agree for the most part, I wasn't particularly impressed with it. Took me two goes to get through it.

Just finished Ghostbusters: Afterlife. Really enjoyed it. Some solid nostalgia hits from the 80s movies. Well worth watching. Unfortunately not out on yts, yet. Is due out on digital platforms Jan 4th so will be no later than that but expect it'll be sooner.
If you fancy the Pirate Bay versions you'll have to suffer the betting site logos, random hardcoded subs on bottom every now and then and a couple of adverts. I'm an impatient bugger so...

Don't Look Up - enjoyed that one, and the scary thing is that it is quite a plausible scenario considering how f'ked up and social media obsessed the planet is these days.
The Matrix 4 - they really ran out of ideas for this one, but I enjoyed it for the nostalgia factor anyway.
Archive - a low-budget movie but the concept is quite good if you're into sci-fi and AI tech.

Lovely crisp copies of Ghostbusters:Afterlife arrived on piratebay. 720 version is just coming through on yts so guessing the 1080 will be there very soon, too.

I revisited this. Along with others, I said it was shite the first time round but, in my defence, I did say...
To be fair, I was expecting something completely different and wasn't in the mood for what I got.
I was after popcorn stuff that day.
Having watched it again (all of it this time not half). Then once more... I'll change my original review of 'shite' to 'very good'.

[PH] Downloaded, but not yet watched. Reviews don't seem too clever, but much like you, I think there's simply going to be the nostalgia factor.

"Archive" - Will give it a go.

Just watched a black comedy on Netflix being an interesting movie about when politicians try to spin science concerning a comet hurtling to earth. Enjoyable but unnerving view about US politics
