What subtitles are you looking for?
YTS appears to have a myriad of subtitles. I haven't watched it yet but it's advertised as being English dialogue.

On another note. Has others found, like myself, that more often than not 4K is no better than 1080.
I have seen the difference which shows 4K to be excellent quality. Demonstrated very well on videos on youtube. However when downloading movies, choosing 2160 is usually no better than downloading 1080.

Being simple minded, surely it doesn't matter whether it's 1080 or 4k. It very much depends on the quality of the source being converted.

There are some, but not many, where a 4K download proves to be better.

As an example, I've just downloaded 'The Great Escape' from way back in the '60s. As an experiment I downloaded both in 1080 and 2160. Compare the two and besides the 4K file size being bigger, for the quality - no apparent difference.

The problem I had was when the scenes involved the characters speaking in German. Anyhoo I eventually found one with Ingrish subbies

A decent movie it was as well, I forgot that I had read the book a few years ago.

As for "Power Of The Dog", that's 41 mins. I'm never getting back :cuss:

I'm just downloading The Medium from YTS. A Thai movie with English subtitles. Several people have dared me to watch it because it is soooo scary. These things don't normally scare me, but I'll give it a go anyway.

Just watched the King's Man starring Ralph Fiennes - enjoyable action/tongue in cheek prequal to the Kingsman movies with Colin Firth.

Oh Yes, it's been very well received overall

But my mate is not typically as critical as me...

I need to see it myself obviously and I look forward to doing so

I gave it less viewing time than Power of the Dog

On a lighter note I really enjoyed this 2014 Simon Pegg movie. Not a keeper but well worth a lookie.
Hector and the Search for Happiness
Disillusioned psychiatrist Hector confesses to his girlfriend that he feels like a fraud for dispensing recommendations to patients who never seemed to improve or get happier. He considers breaking out of his lackluster routine. Summoning up some courage, Hector gives his starved curiosity free reign and embarks on an international quest to find the right formula to bring him joy and vitality. IMDB

Don't be fooled into thinking that this is an authentic film about the troubles in Northern Ireland in the late 60's. (Now if that were the case, that would have the makings of a truly brilliant film)

On the contrary, this is self indulgent, utterly contrived, mostly unrealistic clap trap, plain and simple!

Only reason I finished this film as others had seen it and I wanted my own opinion.

Far too reliant on the soundtrack, might as well have just called this film 'Van Morrison's music'. Almost all of which hadn't been made at the time.

I really could list a dozen or more 'faults' but I can't be bothered.

No doubt 'Sir' Kenneth will win numerous awards from all his 'luvvie' film industry mates. Can't stand the man, totally up himself!

4/10 for me. And the four is for the performance of the lead female(Ma) who was very good to be fair, despite the wardrobe department over glamourising her.

Not a movie recommendation just a 'heads up' for YTS.

For some time I've noticed the 'watch now' button on YTS. I've always assumed that it would send me off to another link which I probably have to join.
Wrong! It shows the movie inline with full screen option. The quality is as good as any downloads I've done with no logos or adverts. Also, being a stream you don't need a VPN as it's quite legal to watch a stream. The company making the stream could have legal problems but that's not our concern.

Because the quality is so good, I haven't downloaded a movie for days. In the future I'll only download 'keepers'. Saves on time and storage.

I'm sure I'm not the only one to have used this option but for those that haven't, it's worth a look.
