Anyone ever get a complete delivery from Burger King?

Just curious. Twice I've had a craving and ordered delivery via Grab (I live 8 kms outside of town), and twice they've failed to deliver the fries. Last time they refunded me the cost, I guess they will do again. Big deal, what about my meal?...

Two times in the last month for me. First one, they forget one burger. And second time they made a mistake changing one meal by another. Refund by foodpand but it seems a organisationnal mess !
