Palm Village near soi 94 ?

I have maybe an opportunity to rent for long term in Palm Village near soi 94. But for now, i am in Europe and cannot visit it. Some people can let me know what they think about this place ? Qualitu of house, environnment, noisy area or not and access ? I have seen on google street views that it is only a dirty road to go there ; or maybe the pictures are old ?

Do you mean Palm Village? I can't find any Palm Hill near Soi 94.

i visited this place around June 2020
its quite some distance from the heart of Soi 94, maybe 3km
A collection of approx 20 detached houses all around a large pool
rent was about 17k pcm if i recall
All owned by a Danish company i think??
Properties/furnishings are a bit tired and dated IMO
assume you looked their facebook page and google maps info
yes it is a dirty unmade road, a few soi dogs, i wasnt comfortable on my bicycle
pretty quiet but a rundown area outside of this development
things may have changed since my visit ???
