Locations that serve a "good" Amercian / English breakfast.

Restaurants, food, beverage, hawkers, and local markets and suppliers. This is the place for discussion on Hua Hin's culinary options.

Yes, it was the shophouse, next to a place selling keep fit equipment.

It is unlikely I'll go again. Not because of what happened today - TIT, these things happen. It's just unlikely I'll be out that way at breakfast time again.

That's the place. I thought it was a gym? But I am normally whizzing past.

Nit's Cafe Soi 102

Finally got around to trying this place, been wanting to go for about 2 months.

Some will recall that Khun Nit had a cafe before in the block at top of Soi 94 opposite Initial Hotel which is now all massage shops (Hello welcome!)

Anyway she took a break and reopened 6 months ago in Soi 102 about 300m west of the railway, south side of road. Near to turning for El Toro Loco.

There is only option for full English breakfast but it's delightful (see photo for what's provided). It also includes a large mug of tea/coffee not shown in photo. Good bacon and sausage in particular. Toast can become fried bread on request as I did.

Cost is 180 baht which I think compares well to other places considering what is provided.

Khun Nit is a gracious host and you will get a warm welcome(Some places just don't care whether you eat there or not!)

I will be going again for sure, and im as fussy as it gets when it comes to fry ups!

Slightly off topic but just quickly to say I never noticed if she did Sunday roasts

She has an old FB page which has a phone number you could try asking her...

I think she also sells breakfast via Grab or Food Panda, so a check there might let you know if she does Sunday Lunch.

Off topic slightly but as per request.....

no Sunday roast currently available at Nits(not enough customer demand presently)

She is planning to start them again in January

If you want it however just keep asking her and tell her for how many and she will start again if enough demand. She needs minimum 10 people and 24 hour notice to start again

Tried Nits this morning. Opens at 8am which is a big plus for me.

Good Sausage and Bacon. Rest was fine too. Included a mug of Tea, Pineapple juice and thick sliced whole wheat toast.

Given price increases in certain places elsewhere, I will be back. Just wondering how i had missed it since it opened. I have been going to the French Bakery (closed for 10 days renovation at the moment) over the road, amongst other places, but occasionally I like a full breakfast and Nits hits the spot.

Good to hear you liked it too.

Just curious re Paris bakery as ive never been.

How does that compare both price and food wise(you say "full")?

Thanks

If you put Andreanna’s in Google you’ll be able to see lots of tempting delights including a full English Breakfast - the sausages look like they might even pass the Big Boy taste test!!

Andreannas most certainly pass the taste test. Even the sausages are acceptable, but it's a bit far to go when there are equally good breakfasts closer to home. It was a shame that his move into Soi 94 didn't work out, but it all happened at the height of Covid, when eating out was too risky.

Does anyone know if the sausages he serves for brekky are the same as the one's he sells and presumably makes? I have some in the freezer right now.

I had Brekky when Andreannas was in 94(inside Uncle Bill's)

I posted at the time that I was unimpressed and didn't like sausages because they had an 'uncooked' taste.

(BB, you ate there too and liked it as I recall).

But that could well have been Uncle Bill's food and not Andy's

Either way I'll be sure to check out his Brekky online and in person soon down in KT
