Access to beach

Im wanting to access the beach
just to the left of the Centara complex
there is a road Hua Hin 61 alley on google maps that runs along the side of the Centara
is the beach accessible at the end of this road

Yes, there's not much parking there but you can walk on to the beach.

Yes, I think you'll find most people consider that to be the main access.
