I can't answer that for MV, but for Zebwer it's 285. That's 2 eggs, sausage, bacon, black pudding, grilled tomato, mushroom and beans. Toast, marmalade or whatever and tea or coffee.
Locations that serve a "good" Amercian / English breakfast.

Their portion sizes are all good in my experience. I've been going there for six years for curries, shepherd pie, toad in the hole, etc. etc. Two sizes of English breakfast and very decent sausages
I've asked on here before about English breakfast in or very near MV and nobody responded
How much the two sizes do you know?

At Burgers and Beer I think you can't get the black pudding. That's a plus for some people.

Close to MV, the best breakfast IMHO is at cafe 99 on the link road between soi 88 and 94.
Coffee is in a cafetiere. 2 eggs, back bacon, sausage, onions, tomato, beans, toast. Good quantities. Good quality. 159 (0r 169 ?). Opens 7am so good for golfers :-)
It's been in the same location HH for 15plus years (moved from soi 102 about 12 years ago).
Also does a great falafel, humus and pita bread....

LOL, I'd dispute your timings because I've only lived in Hua Hin less than 11 years, and we were fairly regular at the Soi 102 premises for their Fish, Chips & Mushy Peas for a couple of years before she moved.
However, having said that she does do a pretty good breakfast, which is what this thread is about. Last time I went there, the sausages were excellent.

Fine if you want to be alone. Onions should keep people at their distance for a while!!

As an aside to the audience;
What is an American breakfast?
I've never heard of one.

A traditional American breakfast should be bacon, eggs and pancakes/flapjacks, maybe with jam, honey, buttermilk, ice cream (yes, on the same plate) or whatever for the pancakes, and of course good hot and strong coffee. But I've seen all sorts served up, even including hot dog sausages.

Ice cream & buttermilk were NEVER part of any American breakfast I ever saw, growing up there. But, I may have seen a dollop of whipped cream (and a couple of strawberries) served with waffles or pancakes once or twice (but, almost always maple syrup). And, you forgot orange juice, toast, home fries or hashbrown potatoes, and breakfast cereals like corn flakes.

Thankfully, I've never come across one of those in Thailand, let alone Hua Hin. Actually, I don't remember being offered ice-cream with my breakfast in the US either. As for plastic sausages, please don't go there. I obviously went to the wrong right places404cameljockey wrote: ↑Sat Feb 04, 2023 7:31 am A traditional American breakfast should be bacon, eggs and pancakes/flapjacks, maybe with jam, honey, buttermilk, ice cream (yes, on the same plate) or whatever for the pancakes, and of course good hot and strong coffee.
