Making New Friends in Hua Hin

Can anyone suggest a good place to meet people when we move to Hua Hin in February. Neither my husband or I play golf but we do like socialising and we were wondering where expats meet up and where to go to meet them. Many Thanks in advance.

There´s plenty of places to choose from but I think what you need to tell us first is what kind of activities you like. Socialising can mean a wide selection of activities. I´m sure once you´ve defined your socialising a bit, you´ll get plenty of answers. Wellcome to Hua Hin.

Well we like going to nice restaurants and I love cooking. We enjoy the beach I love driving and riding a bicycle(Perhaps not too safe in Hua Hin). We enjoy the odd drink (Something Different) Generally we would like to go to places to meet expats from all over not just the UK. All ideas welcome..

riding a bike is good fun and good exercise but beware those pesky dogs!!!

you could probaly hook up with people on here, quite a few couples use this site

Crawfords the Irish bar in town seems to attarct couples and they always seem to be friendly

Golf is a big social part of life in Hua Hin, people from many countries are involved, if you dont play it may be a great time to start.
You will find the expat bars easily, the forum will be a good indicator of the places to go.
Bet you cant wait for Feb!!
