I'd better pack my wellies then
Will there be a 'Welcome to my World' sign as I pass Bang Saphan? I remember driving through a micro-climate around BS on my way to Koh Samui last year.
I notice that on my iPhone the weather app has a heavy rain warning for Hua Hin and it has been there for at least a month. I wonder if this is an app issue or the warning not being removed.

It’s definitely not on my iPhone (although my app is set to Cha Am rather than HH)!!

I don't think an app issue, but a TMD issue! The app is just picking up what the Thai weather Dept is issuing, and like you I have it at the top for every Thai city I have on the app, for months!

The forecasters got it right as this morning it was noticeably cooler as dawn broke - if it carries on like this I’ll need to put something warmer on first thing in the morning!!
I suppose it’s the fact that it’s normally so hot that when it turns cool it’s more noticeable - these past few days have felt somewhat chilly and I’ve had to dig out my long sleeve sweatshirt!!
It was 18C when I woke up this morning. My daughter in the UK had no sympathy. As she pointed out, in old money that's more than 64F which would prompt short sleeves back home.
As DB says, it's all relative.
