Car interior header repair/replacement

Because of the extreme weather conditions in Thailand the foam-backed header (headliner) inside my car roof is sagging, maybe can be reglued or maybe needs replacement if the foam insulation is rotten. also small panels in the car doors the same.

Has anyone had this done and knows a company who can do a professional job, or a company who has a good rep for refreshing car interiors?
