IMO a Turkish eatery would go down very well in Hua Hin and would give serious competition to the Indian ones -

There is "Ogen" on Soi 94. Not really Turkish more Middle East.

Yes, a Turkish restaurant would be a good addition. I used to use one such place in Waterloo, London, called Taz, it became so popular they morphed into a small chain. I just checked and its still going.

A menu like thiis would be very welcome!
