I need cheap bookbinding for loose A4 pages, any ideas please?

I have 350 A4 pages which I need bound into a volume, with just a flimsy cover (not hard).

Actually I have a .pdf file which needs to printed (black and white is fine) and bound into a volume.

Does anyone have any experience?

Scratch this question, I've had a strong recommendation from a friend.

I found and recommend Apinya Printing in Soi 47/1, the small soi has a Cockpit garage on the corner. I'm told they give better prices to Thais, but they're cheap and good anyway for all types of printing.
