Post by Hobiecat »

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer in town. I have heard that Samsac I believe his name is on soi 47/1 is pretty good. Any references?

What exactly do you want the lawyer to do?

In my experience, some are better in some specialist areas than others - and not only in Thailand.

Property transactions contracts as such. Over seeing the management of my Thai company. Year end taxes and reporting for myself (or monthly I have just learned) and taking care of employees benifits (my girlfriend). I'm still learning what I need so as I go along.

Hi Hobiecat,

I'll PM you the details of the office I use.

I've never done property transactions with them, but I know of people who have.

My own experience with them has been for company, employee, tax, accounts and work permit matters, as well as criminal proceedings, and I've been very satisfied with their services.
