Finding a Thai Lawyer and Accountant

Hey folks,

I'm looking for a reliable / reasonable lawyer and also an accountant. Hopefully you guys can help us find both! Obviously English speaking would be a major bonus (my partner is Thai so not a show stopper). Other than that I'm only interested in someone who doesn't operate through a high priced or clock watching mode. People who are really personable who we can bounce off and complete local returns etc when the need arises.

Wish list:
1. Mostly local knowledge (tax on Thai earnings, or answer 'what are Thai nominee restrictions?' type questions)
2. International knowledge would be a bonus (world wide tax, expat legal stuff)
3. Experience with property and/or residency stuff if possible
4. Track record / references / proof of trustworthiness.

Direct refs or how-to pointers for locating our own, either is appreciated!
