Just a heads up that the town may be crowded with officialdom starting this Friday.

PM Paetongtarn Shinawatra on Wednesday said she will take leave from work on Friday, December 13, to attend a Pheu Thai Party seminar in Hua Hin. As for visiting the flood-hit deep south, the PM said once the date has been set, it shall be announced.

I don't go to five star restaurants or hotels usually. However this Friday I'm going to a very nice restaurant indeed, but my table is booked already unless it's being cancelled as we speak for some Bangkok hi-sos.

I doubt many of us will rub shoulders with them this weekend!
