Pushing a wheelchair is as close as I wish to get.

One of my best life friends (an Australian, no less) was a quadriplegic for his entire adult life as the result of an automobile accident. I visited him many times in Brisbane and, in spite of his lack of mobility, we made many road trips in Oz and managed to do other things that I would have thought impossible had I not given them a shot. As a result, I have great respect for those who have dedicated at least a part of their lives to supporting those who are similarly situated and who work to made accessibility a reality.

They have those exact same cream tiles for the works in Hua Hin as well. Last time I was at my dentist along that stretch, many were cracked, not laid properly etc. Hopefilly that will be sorted by the time of my next visit.
