La Casita visitor policy

I'm potentially looking to book a condo at La Casita for 2 months via Airbnb. One of the options I've found the host is perfectly fine with me having friends visit as long as the maximum guest limit is not exceeded. However, I've seen a online that La Casita itself has a strict no unregistered vistor policy - eg here are house rules.

Does anyone have any experience with condo rental at La Casita and able to give any more info? Is it just a case of notifying La Casita who I'm expecting? I find it hard to believe I can't have any visitors for 2 months.

That’s a website from a rental agent not La Casita

Stayed there 3 times and never had an issue.
Sometimes they may ask visitors to register and show ID. Other times just walk straight in.
