I use it but its far from perfect
certain features stopped working about a year ago but i work around them

Once in HH forum i select the messages icon ( 3rd one along the top)
then under there you should see Unread/Subscribed/Participated etc
i just use those
it's basic but reasonably functional

Hopefully someone can help. On my phone, I use Tapatalk to read and post comments on the Forum but today have not been able to do so - I get the message “To access this feature please join or log in to this group. When I try to it asks me am I Dannie Boy and when I answer yes I get the message “Tapatalk authorisation verify with no response Authentication failed, please login with your username and password” and then I go round in a circle again!!

Answer no instead and after that you can enter your username and password. Worked for me a few minutes ago. Writing this from Tapatalk now, relaxing at Sport Center 94. :-)

Thanks - it worked for me also, although I did try earlier using my email address and password which it wouldn’t accept, but using my forum name (dannie boy) and password it did!!

I ve been using Tapatalk on my phone to keep in touch with Forum updates but use a browser on my iPad. Fairly recently when I’ve tried to reply to a message using Tapatalk it asks you to become a paid member, saying it’s moving to a paid service, so I’ll have to use a browser now!!

I've read about this app for years and thought about using it. I started thinking about it again last month. :D

But if it's not fully functioning then I won't pay a tenner a year for the Android version. Did you contact them to clarify the problems?

DB, I now see a similar message to you when I opened the app just now

but it doesn't say it's moving to subs only

and I can just click a back arrow button and it goes away

As I posted above, if I try to reply in get the following screen
IMG_4859.png
There’s no back arrow, just the option to become a member or cancel - I can only assume that iPhone’s work different than android phones. Anyway it’s not a big issue as I’m very set the Forum up using Safari and can reply with no issues
