If you need fast - Bangkok Hospital is probably your best bet. Here's the local web page - costs will be within https://www.bangkokhospitalhuahin.com/en

I don't know if any Hua Hin hospitals do this, they don't offer the complete range of medical services (chemotherapy for example), but a friend had a CT scan in Bangkok and the cost was under US$3000.
If you fly in to Bangkok it could be an option.

My wife recently had a CT scan at Hua Hin Hospital (as a Thai, it was free). Bangkok Hospital did offer the service, but obviously she took the longer wait for financial reasons. It wasn't only for financial reasons, but that is a very long story, that I will not go into on a public forum.

Re: CT scan Hua Hin
My husband had a CT scan for calcium in the heart at Bangkok Hospital via Be Well Clinic.
It cost 13200 THB, would he have gone directly to BKKH it would have cost more.
The cost of a CT scan can vary depending on the type of scan and whether or not insurance is used.
Private hospitals in Bangkok typically charge between 20,000 to 40,000 THB for a full body scan.

I have used this both for MRI and CT full abdomen price was then (CT) Thb 16000, -
MRI knee and shoulder totally Thb 14000, -
This is some time back, so I can see online that their prices have increased, and for a CT scan you have to call them.

Re: CT scan Hua Hin
I came to see your post and allow me to ask if San Paulo really offer CT scans as a medical service at the hospital or if San Paulo possibly refers the patient on to Hua Hin Hospital? It would have been great if possible, to have it done at the hospital instead of a probably long wait at Hua Hin Hospital and also alternatively avoid going to Bangkok.HHTel wrote: ↑Sat Mar 01, 2025 9:17 amCT scans in Hua Hin, Thailand are available at Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin, San Paulo Hua Hin Hospital.

Sorry I can't answer that. I have no personal experience.
I only got the data from their websites.
